No refunds will be given.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
A 10 minute grace period will be given to any scheduled appointment. Any time after the grace period, the appointment is subjected to cancellation.
Any nail length, shape, design, and color will be subjected to clients approval. Unfortunately, We are unable to make any changes once the service is complete.
Communication - Please let your technician know if you are unsatisfied during the service or before leaving the facility.
Repairs can be done up to 5 (five) days after the initial date the service was completed, Charges will be at the discretion of management.
Walk-in are accepted based on availability. Appointments are prioritized.
